Terms and conditions<\/span><\/h1>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The owner of the SUPERVALEM.EE online shop (hereinafter referred to as the Online Shop) is Supervalem O\u00dc. (registration No 16389247<\/em><\/strong>), Location Pari, Padari village P\u00f5lva municipality P\u00f5lva county 63609. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Validity of the sales contract, product information and price information<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

The terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Shop.
The prices of products sold in the Online Shop are indicated with the products.
Information about the goods is given directly next to the goods in the Online Shop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Placing an order<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

To order, you must add the products you want to your shopping cart. In order to place an order, you must fill in the required fields. The amount of the charge will then be displayed
on the screen, which can be paid via the bank payment link.
The contract will take effect from the moment the amount due is credited to the account of the Online Shop.
In the event that the goods ordered cannot be delivered due to technical problems or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid will be refunded, normally within 1-2 working days. Depending on the payment method, the receipt may take up to 7 working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Right of withdrawal<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

After receipt of the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days.
To return the goods, a free-form withdrawal form must be sent to the e-mail address info@supervalem.ee within 14 days of receipt of the goods at the latest
. The online shop will then immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notice, reimburse the buyer for all payments received from the buyer under the contract. The right of withdrawal may be exercised by the buyer only once. Repeated applications for the right of withdrawal will not be accepted. The buyer may withdraw from the goods even after 14 days from the date of purchase. In this case, a part of the purchase price corresponding to the unused period will be refunded. The money will be refunded to the same bank account from which the purchase was made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Settlement of disputes<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
